1-1 Coaching Sessions
Transpersonal, integrative and trauma-informed coaching for reconnecting with our disowned parts, reclaiming the gifts that rest in the shadow, and returning to a soul-led life.
20 minutes, free, no obligation. Sessions held online, worldwide.
Why people come
People come to this work in the middle of a transition, after a loss, during a long illness, at the end of a relationship or a role, or in the strange open ground that follows an experience that changed how they see things. Others come because a part of them is stuck somewhere old and keeps taking over, or because a grief they were never allowed to name is asking for somewhere to go.
Often it sounds like this
- “I should be over this by now.”
- “Everyone else seems to have moved on.”
- “I don’t know who I am on the other side of this.”
- “Part of me wants to move forward and part of me cannot.”
- “I feel numb and I don’t know why.”
- “There must be more to my life than this.”
The approach
Transpersonal, integrative and trauma-informed
A balanced, embodied approach that holds the psychological and the spiritual together.
I offer practical support for the difficulties you are currently facing, alongside room for the larger questions of meaning and direction that tend to arrive with any real transition.
My work is shaped by trauma-informed practice, transpersonal coaching psychology, parts work, grief tending, mindfulness, compassion-based practices and the wisdom of spiritual traditions. Nothing you bring is treated as a symptom to be removed. I look for what it is carrying and what it has been protecting, so it can be understood, tended and integrated.
There is nothing in you that needs to be fixed or got rid of.
How I work
Six threads that run through the sessions
Transpersonal and integrative
I am interested in the stages of psycho-spiritual transformation, and in helping you integrate what you have experienced rather than setting it aside as though it never happened.
Parts work
We hold many parts within the psyche. Drawing on parts work and Internal Family Systems, the ones that feel stuck can be listened to and understood rather than overridden.
Embodied and somatic
The work is body-based as well as reflective, with attention to the nervous system, because most of this is felt long before it can be put into words.
Trauma-informed
We move at the pace your system can hold. Nothing is pushed, nothing is forced open, and you stay in charge of what we approach and when.
Compassion-based approaches
Holding space for the challenges you are going through, and attending to grief and the difficult emotions rather than bypassing them.
Open awareness and mindfulness
I work with, and continue to train in, mindfulness, meditation and open awareness, and bring them into sessions where they are useful, so that insight has somewhere quiet to land.
What we work on
What people bring
- Grief that has never been named, or given anywhere to go
- Transitions, thresholds, and the ground between one chapter and the next
- Parts carrying old burdens, and the parts working hard to protect them
- Meeting difficult emotions without being swept away by them
- The inner critic, and the voice that says you should be over it
- Reclaiming what was exiled alongside the pain: anger, desire, creativity, joy
- Coming back into the body after a long stretch of numbness
- Sorrow for the world, and what to do with it
- Clarifying values, purpose and direction after something has ended
- Spiritual crisis, awakening, and experiences that do not fit ordinary categories

Nice to meet you
I’m Jules De Vitto
I'm a transpersonal and integrative coach supporting those going through psycho-spiritual transformation and significant life transitions. Alongside this practice I founded the Highly Sensitive Human Academy, which offers accredited training to coaches and practitioners around the world.
I have spent 18 years studying and working across psychology, coaching, therapy and education, and I draw on current research and theory from psychology, science and spirituality rather than any single school of thought.
Background
What this work is informed by
My approach draws on a number of traditions rather than a single school of thought, and it has been shaped as much by what I have studied formally as by what I have been drawn to along the way.
- MSc Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness and Spirituality
- MA Education
- BSc Psychology
- Transpersonal Coaching Psychology
- Coaching in Internal Family Systems
- Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy
- Grief Ritual Leadership with Francis Weller, and Grief Apprenticeship Training
- Mindfulness and MBSR
- Non-violent Communication
- Diploma in Youth Counselling
- Basic and advanced workshops with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies
- Reiki, Master level
Influences
Alongside the formal training, these are the traditions that shape how I see this work and the questions I bring to it.

What people say about this work
I worked with Jules for over two years. Through my work with her I was able to overcome intense grief caused by loss, rebuild my confidence, and achieve a new sense of self-worth. She helped me cultivate more deeply meaningful relationships with others, my body and my heart, and I am truly, eternally grateful to her.
Cheyenne, USA · 1-to-1
Jules creates a safe space for open, judgment-free conversation. Her understanding that not everyone benefits from a standard checklist approach to coaching is invaluable.
Poppy Price · 1-to-1
Jules holds the space for everyone, honouring each person’s process and allowing the transformation to occur slowly, silently and soothingly. Her calm energy always has a huge influence on me.
Sandra, Shanghai · 1-to-1
I felt welcomed and comfortable in a calming space. Jules has the ability to guide me towards healing and wellness. If I feel anxious about something, I can think back to her advice and feel calm.
