Cacao - Tibetan Singing Bowls - Gentle Drumming

An  Immersion in Sound, with Intention Setting & Nervous System Restoration

Step into this immersive journey to support deep inner transformation through the body, heart, soul and spirit.

This is a consciously held journey that weaves together nervous system regulation, transpersonal psychology and embodied integration. As a Transpersonal Coach with an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness and Spirituality, my work has always been concerned with how we create experiences that are both spiritually meaningful and psychologically grounded. This sound healing journey is an expression of that integration. It is designed not only to soothe your nervous system, but to invite you into a deeper relationship with yourself.

Why a Sound Journey — and Why Now?

Many of us are living in a constant state of low-level activation. Even when we are not consciously stressed, our bodies remain subtly braced. The mind continues to process, anticipate and absorb and the cumulative impact of modern life can leave the nervous system fatigued, overstimulated and disconnected from true rest.

Research suggests that therapeutic sound frequencies can positively influence immune functioning, reduce perceptions of physical pain, and lower stress and anxiety. Tibetan singing bowls support a shift in brainwave activity from the alert Beta state into slower, meditative Theta frequencies - the state associated with deep relaxation, creativity and restoration.

The rhythm of the drum has been used across cultures to facilitate a gentle altered state and support integration.

The Structure of the Evening

Cacao on Arrival

We begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and soften the transition from the outside world into sacred space. Cacao has long been used in ritual contexts to support emotional openness and embodied presence.

Intention Setting

Before we move into sound, you will be invited to reflect inwardly and set a personal intention for the journey. In transpersonal work, intention functions as a compass; it orients the psyche and allows the experience to organise itself around what is most needed.

Guided Body Scan

We gently prepare the nervous system through a guided body scan that supports interoceptive awareness and parasympathetic activation. Rather than jumping straight into sound, we allow the body to feel safe first.

Tibetan Singing Bowls & Gentle Drumming

You will then lie down and be immersed in the layered tones of Tibetan singing bowls, interwoven with shamanic drumming rhythms.

Oracle/Tarot Card Guidance

As we gently return, you will receive an oracle card to offer guidance. In transpersonal psychology, symbols act as bridges between conscious and unconscious material.

Integration &

Closing

We close with time for quiet reflection and optional sharing. Integration is a core principle of the work.

What You May Experience

While each person’s journey is unique, many participants report:

- A deep settling of the nervous system - Reduced anxiety and physical tension - Emotional softening or release - Enhanced clarity or intuitive insight

- Improved sleep following the session - A renewed sense of inner coherence

'Jules is wonderful in the sense that, she holds the space for everyone, honouring each person’s process, allowing the transformation to occur slowly, silently, and soothingly. She is caring, warm and a sincere person who puts her heart and soul into helping people through their self-healing. Her calm energy always has a huge influence on me, and I experience a deep sense of relaxation during her sessions. I feel refreshed and energised the day after.

- -Sandra

Jules and Genevieve, the way you hold space, the quiet, soft strength you both radiate, the unconditional respect and love you offer flowed throughout the entire weekend - and before and after. Your thoughtfulness in the poems, the words spoken, the meditations and music you both shared that were so beautifully in alignment with each element of the sessions, were what I am most grateful for/enjoyed the most.
