The Start of your Journey
The First Degree Usui Reiki Training is a one-day course which includes a comprehensive overview of the traditional system and practice of Usui Reiki. There is an emphasis on the practical component so that by the end of the day you feel confident to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others as a first level Practitioner.
You will receive the attunements necessary to allow you to access and begin channeling the universal life force energy. The attunement process from teacher to student is what makes Usui Reiki different from other types of energy healing.

Your First Degree Usui Reiki Training is the start of a journey into working with universal life force energy to heal yourself and others. An ability to channel Reiki brings greater peace, balance and connection in your life as it works to heal your physical, mental-emotional and spiritual body. It enables you to connect and listen to your intuition and bring awareness to our universal connection.

The Teacher & Student Relationship
The teacher-student relationship is an important element of the Reiki lineage as empowerment into Reiki, which allows you to channel the energy sufficiently, can only be passed from teacher to student by an in-person attunement. Finding a credible and authentic teacher is crucial.
I continue to offer support, guidance and mentoring after each of my courses - including online monthly group check-ins and 1-1 check-ins when required.
