The only constant in life is change. This year has certainly been extraordinary, and has had a ripple effect into almost every aspect of our lives.
While it is normal to feel uneasy during the periods of transition and uncertainty, we all have the innate ability to successfully navigate through the mental and physical shifts using natural means; it calls for us to ground, re-centre and set new intentions for the present.
This session is also timed to consciously embrace the change in season and shift our own energy in a way that allows us to go with the flow, not fight against it, by syncing with the rhythm of nature.
This workshop effectively combines a mindful Hatha Yoga practice with Sound Healing. Traditional in style, we will focus on specific calming yoga Āsana and Prānāyāma (tools you can take away), which will then be followed by a 45-minute restorative sound healing.
You will walk away feeling relaxed, nourished and more in control of wellbeing.
· It is recommended to have an early/light lunch and not eat 2-3 hours prior to the session. Please bring some water.
· You may want to bring your own equipment (e.g. yoga mat), however the studio will have equipment available too
· The Light Centre has stringent protocols in place to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants; 2m distancing will be maintained and all participants must adhere to these guidelines => Health & Safety Attendees
