Research has shown that a regular gratitude practice significantly improves our mental and emotional wellbeing; builds our resilience during times of adversity; reduce levels of stress, anxiety and even depression.
During this workshop I will share the science and psychology behind the value of gratitude practices and offer a simple yet powerful gratitude meditation. I will also discuss some simple practices you can start to implement in your day-to-day life so you can feel happier, more at ease and motivated during these times.
